  • Booking & payment details processed by our partners (SenseBS, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data like pages visited, device type, IP address, and referring URL.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and confirm bookings, payments, training, and Inner Circle membership.
  • Send service-related messages (confirmations, reminders, intake forms, schedule changes).

  • Types of messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, intake form links, schedule changes, account notifications, and (with separate opt-in) promotional offers.
  • Message frequency: approximately 2–8 messages per month, depending on your activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
  • Consent is NOT a condition of purchase. You can book and pay without opting in to texts.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to (910) 554-9983, to unsubscribe. After STOP we will send one confirmation and no further messages.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, or text HELP to (910) 554-9983, to receive support contact info.
  • We will never share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Some message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business (SenseBS for scheduling and SMS; Stripe for payments; analytics).
  • Law enforcement or government bodies when required by a valid legal request.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies & Analytics
