These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of coachkoonce.com and all services offered by Strength For Life (the “Services”). By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book Services and provide consent for SMS messaging. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • Bookings are confirmed by email/SMS once payment is captured by our processor.
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund.
  • No-shows: no refund.
  • Speaking deposits are refundable in full up to 14 days before the engagement; partially refundable thereafter.
  • Inner Circle membership is billed monthly. You may cancel anytime; no refunds for the current month.

3. SMS Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Strength For Life using a registered A2P 10DLC number.

  • Message types: booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, intake forms, and (with separate opt-in) promotional offers.
  • Frequency: approximately 2–8 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is NOT a condition of purchase.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to (910) 554-9983. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
  • Help: Reply HELP, or text HELP to (910) 554-9983, for assistance.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Strength training and physical exercise carry risk. Consult a licensed physician before starting any program. Strength For Life and its coaches are not medical providers and do not provide medical advice. By participating, you assume all risk of injury.

5. Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content that violates these Terms or harms others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, course material, and Inner Circle reviews — is owned by Strength For Life or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Strength For Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strength For Life, its coaches, employees, and partners from any claim arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Cumberland County, NC.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
